HSP CYO Basketball Information

• CYO REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!
  
  
• ALL Registration, liability and player agreement forms MUST be filled out prior to any practices or games and completed by Sunday, October 26, 2025.
• Players must identify the COACH and ASSISTANT COACH during the online registration process. We will try to accommodate your request for specific team placement. If you are signing up without a designated coach/team, we will be happy to help place you on one. 
• Players must attend Kimberly High School or be members of Holy Spirit Parish (friends of HSP members are welcome to join team). 
• Each team NEEDS a minimum of 10 players with a maximum of 15 players.    
• Players may not be added to team during the season.       
• Players may not switch teams w/o approval from league supervisor.     
• Games will be on Saturdays (w/ some Sundays) beginning the first Saturday of December and conclude Feb. 14 (no Dec 27th or Jan 3 game). 
• The end of the year tournament is scheduled for the week of Feb.21 through March 2, 2025. 
• Game schedules will be given to the coaches by the week after Thanksgiving.
• If you are trying out for a school team and do not make the team and then want to play CYO, please email Alex to notify of a possible late registration. Only register for CYO after tryouts.

Step 1: Fill out the Registration form HERE to get us your information.  Please fill out only if you are 99.9999% sure you are playing CYO this season!  HSP CYO teams are open to all Holy Spirit members and/or KHS high school students and their friends. 

Step 2: Complete the CYO Liability Forms. Yes we need all info and all signatures! 
 Step 3: Make your payment at the MANDATORY parent/coach/player registration meeting on Oct 28th.

• $50 player fee plus $25 for a uniform (if needed)

  
  

• ALL TEAMS MUST have a Coach (21 yrs and older) and an Assistant Coach (21 yrs and older). Coaches/Assistants attend one of the mandatory registration meetings, Oct. 28th plus a league coach’s meeting, Dec 2 6pm. Coaches/Assistants must agree to a Background Check and Virtus Training through the Diocese of Green Bay (All done online!).
